A man was killed in a crash on Route 28 in Cotuit Monday night.
He was identified as Thomas Levesque, 64, of East Falmouth.
Police said he was driving a Chrysler sedan at about 8 p.m. when he veered into incoming traffic, clipped one car, then crashed head-on into another car.

Levesque was transported to Cape Cod Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of other car involved in the head-on crash was hospitalized.

Police said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
