Belmont Car Fire Contained Thursday Morning
A fire turned the front end of a pickup truck into a charred mess early Thursday morning.
BELMONT, MA – Belmont police and fire crews made quick work of a car fire early Thursday morning. The fire began around 5:20 a.m. and was caused by mechanical problems in the pickup truck, according to the Belmont Police Department.
The driver was able to get out of his truck. No one was injured, police said.
At 05:20AM this morning, Belmont PD and Fire responded to a motor vehicle on fire due to mechanical issues. No one was hurt and the driver was able to get out of his truck!
