Massachusetts All-State Football Team

The Super Bowls are wrapped up and the hockey pads are coming out. Fall was time for football, but winter is still time for recognizing some of the greats.

The Massachusetts High School Football Coaches Association announced its 26-player All-State team, honoring the cream of the Bay State crop. These players will be recognized at a banquet in March.

Here is the team:

Quarterbacks: Nick Couhig, Falmouth; Bobby Maimaron, Duxbury; E.J. Perry, Andover

Running backs: Grant Chryssicas, Wellesley; Cole Mccubrey, West Boylston; Mike Pedrini, Melrose

Wide receivers: Brian Espanet, Millis-Hopedale; Noah Gray, Leominster

Offensive line: Hunter Brown, St. John’s Prep; Riley Burns, Milford; Carlos Cabrera, Central Catholic; Alec Lindstrom, Shepherd Hill; Cory Ryder, Nantucket

Defensive line: Callum Flanders, Xaverian; Liam Reddy, St. Mary’s; Greg Wood, Braintree
