West Bridgewater Teen Found Dead At Home: Police

The teen was a ninth-grade student at West Bridgewater High School.

WEST BRIDGEWATER, MA — A 14-year-old West Bridgewater girl was found dead at home Wednesday morning, according to police.

The teen was a ninth-grade student at West Bridgewater High School. Police told the Brockton Enterprise they were called to the girl's home on Commonwealth Avenue around 7 a.m. According to police, the teen's sister called 911, as her parents were too distraught after finding her unresponsive. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, police told the Enterprise.

The teenage girl has not been identified, and police, along with the state medical examiner’s office, are still investigating the cause of death.
