Celebrate Summer at Church of Our Saviour With A Neighbor to Neighbor Breakfast and Trinity Sunday Service

Celebrate Summer at Church of Our Saviour With A Neighbor to Neighbor Breakfast and Trinity Sunday Service

As our village becomes clothed with greenness of spring transitioning into the lushness of summer, The Church of Our Saviour's English country parish feel begins to transform into a spiritual oasis on the edge of our great city.

Our ministry shifts to flow with the changing seasons, thus allowing parishioners and guests to savor the resurge of nature's lush beauty.

Sunday, June 15 - Starting at 9am, we invite you to join us for a Neighbor to Neighbor hearty breakfast of eggs, muffins, hash browns, bacon, sausage, gallons of coffee, and neighborly conversation served upstairs in our Church Parish Hall preceding our 10:30am Sunday Service.  The church provides all the food for free, so all you need to bring is an open heart and a hearty appetite! Sunday is also the First Sunday after Pentecost, which is Trinity Sunday, a day in which we celebrate the mystery of the Holy Trinity. Join us and you'll likely gain a greater understanding of what this represents in the lives of Epsicopalians.

Sunday, June 22 - Our Outdoor Summer Services begin as we take advantage of the warmer temperatures by holding services a half hour earlier at 10am in our peaceful, cool and lush church cloister.  This move to the "great outdoors" allows us all to enjoy a wonderful but reverent informality. Chairs are set out in rows of three.  Hymns are played on a Steinway grand pushed near the opened Bride's door of the church.  After the service, light refreshments are served.

All are welcome to rejoice in the transition of the seasons at The Church of Our Saviour, 25 Monmouth Street in Brookline! Parking is available on the street or next door in the Wheelock College parking lot.
