Parking Enforcement Officer Reports Assault

These reports were submitted from the Boston Police Department and took place within Charlestown's District, A-15. The time and place of the alleged crimes are listed. Persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

09/21/12—Assault and battery with a deadly weapon

Victim, a parking enforcement officer, states while walking down 8th St a vehicle drove by slowly and the driver threw an ear drop bottle out the window striking the victim in the face. Vehicle then fled the area but not before the license plate was obtained. Detectives are investigating.

09/17/12—Bike theft

Victim on First Ave reports he locked his gold mongoose mountain bike on First Ave, and when he returned the next day the bike was gone.

09/18/12—Trespassing

Officers on Bunker Hill Street placed an individual under arrest for violation of a no trespass order.

09/20/12Driving violation

As a result of a traffic stop on Chelsea St at Vine St, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle after suspension/revocation.

09/21/12—Warrant arrest

Officers from the Boston Police fugitive unit while working in the area of Medford St placed an individual under arrest for an outstanding New Hampshire court violation of parole warrant.

09/22/12—Breaking and entering, non-residence

About 2 a.m., officers responded to an audible alarm on Main Street, where they observed a front door window smashed. Building was secured pending notification of the owner. Unknown at this time if anything was taken.

09/23/12—Driving while intoxicated

As a result of a traffic accident on Ferrin St, an individual was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
