A tractor-trailer truck tipped over Tuesday morning in Charlestown's Sullivan Square, spilling scrap metal all over the roadway.The truck overturned near the Sullivan Square traffic circle just before commuters took to the streets.Crews were able to get the truck upright around 7 a.m. Several additional trucks were called to the scene to clear the massive amount of scrap metal that had been scattered all over the road.It's not exactly clear what forced the large truck to overturn. No injures were reported.The accident caused lengthy delays for those driving in the area.
