Commuter Alert: Vehicle Fire Closes Ramp on Rte. 495 at Rte. 3 in Chelmsford
Ramp has since reopened.
The Friday night commute home to Chelmsford was a little rougher than usual.
The Massachusetts State Police reported the ramp on Rte. 495 southbound at Rte. 3 in Chelmsford is closed due to a vehicle fire.
The report came in at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday night.

Just before 6 p.m. State Police said the fire was out and the ramp and all lanes are now open.
