Teenagers Accused of Stealing Chelmsford High Parking Passes
Two Chelmsford High School students appeared in Lowell District Court earlier this week, pleading not guilty to charges that they stole parking passes from a school administrator's office.

The Lowell Sun reported that Joseph Fontaine, 18, of 35 Boston Road, was charged with larceny from a building, while Augustine M. Makarutsa, of 172 Main Street, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and being a person under 21 in possession of alcohol after a beer can was allegedly found in his car during the search for the missing passes.

Students pay $200 apiece for parking passes at the school, and an investigation revealed that three parking passes were allegedly stolen by the pair, according to the Lowell Sun.
