To the Editor:
There are several good people running for school committee in Concord with none more qualified than Johanna Boynton. She really cares about our schools. She and her husband John have four children currently attending three of the Concord schools. Not only has Johanna been involved in education through teaching and coaching but also as a business owner is involved with many of the town boards and departments.
Johanna has the energy, attitude and a wealth of experience in local affairs to provide outstanding service to this community if elected on March 19. Johanna has been involved in many agencies in Concord, including serving as Co-President of the Alcott PTG, a member of the School Advisory Board, Committee for Annual Fundraising for First Parish Church in Concord, as well as doing Allocations for the Community Chest for two years. She welcomes new ideas and is a good listener. She really cares about the schools and children in Concord. Maintaining the reputation of the Concord Public Schools is important to all of us as taxpayers.
We like to support people for public office that not only promise to serve honestly and with distinction, but have “walked the walk” when no one was looking. Johanna is that person. She is committed to her family and to the town of Concord. She will work tirelessly and with enthusiasm to get the job done.
If you want that quality of representation, then consider joining us by casting your ballot on March 19 for Johanna Boynton and be confident above all that you are electing the best person for the job.
