Monday, Dec. 3

12:11 a.m. – Multiple callers reported a past hit-and-run accident involving a motor vehicle and a light pole on Commonwealth Avenue. Police checked the area for a vehicle with possible damage, but nothing was found.

12:45 a.m. – Emerson Hospital’s ER staff requested a welfare check on a man who left the premises after receiving pain medication for a knee injury after telling staff he would be driven home by his girlfriend and then driving away in a white Cadillac. Police checked the area to the Lincoln line and were notified Lincoln PD stopped the vehicle and took the driver into custody as he was approaching Rt. 128/95.

8:25 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a backhoe passing a school bus as it picked up children for school on Lowell Road.

12:05 p.m. – An employee at noa in West Concord reported possible shoplifting at the store within the past 10 minutes. Reported missing were a ring and a few gold bracelets.

1:04 p.m. – A Concord woman reported someone damaged her side mirror while her car was parked on Upland Road.

3:02 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a black landscaping trailer heading inbound on Lowell Road with a possible fire in the trailer. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate.

4:55 p.m. – A Cambridge woman reported losing a Sheperd/pitt bull mix she was dog-sitting for on Main Street.

9:25 p.m. – As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Conant Street and Domino Drive, an Acton woman was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

9:49 p.m. – Police responded to a report o a couch in the roadway on Elm Street by the bridge, which appeared to have fallen off of a truck. Police located a chair off the roadway and notified the Highway Division to pick it up.
