Danvers High Fails to Make US News & World Report’s Rankings

US News & World Report released its annual list of the nation’s top high schools Tuesday and Danvers High School failed to make the cut.

The publication’s rankings included the top 63 high schools in Massachusetts, about the top 2,000 nationally.

From the rankings:

"At Danvers High School, students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Danvers High School is 53 percent. The student body makeup is 47 percent male and 53 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 10 percent. Danvers High School is the only high school in the Danvers."

5. The Bromfield School (Harvard)
