Five Things: Dover Town Elections, Band Festival and Non-Fiction Book Group

1. In Dover today, town elections will be held in the Great Hall of the from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2. Elementary & Middle School Band Students will hold a band festival concert tonight at the Mudge Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. This concert will feature the Chickering and Pine Hill 5th grade band, DSMS 6th grade band and DSMS 7th and 8th grade band.

3. The  will hold host two events today.

  • A children's story and craft time about flowers will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room. This is a free drop-in program and registration is not required.
  • The Nonfiction Book Group led by Jeffrey Aubuchon will meet tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the living room on the main floor.  Everyone is welcome.  The book chosen for this month is "The Pilgrimage and The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho.

4. Dover seniors are invited to stop by the  Fireside Room for an informal gathering from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to complete any unfinished craft projects.

5. The boys' baseball team and girls' softball team hosts Millis today at 3:45 p.m; the girls' tennis team will travel to Millis for a 3:45 p.m. match.
