Boat Catches Fire At Falmouth Dry Dock

Fire officials used foam to extinguish the flames on a 35-foot sail boat.

FALMOUTH, MA — A 35-foot sail boat caught fire Monday morning at a dry dock on Thomas Landers Road.

Around 11 a.m., fire officials were called to the 700th block of the road and found heavy smoke coming from the boat. Fire officials said they used a fire foam to control the flames.

No injuries were reported.
