How much has the Town of Falmouth spent on wind turbine litigation as of March 9, 2016 during FY 2016 ?

Why would a March 2016 litigation report leave out the legal expenses ?

Should the town provide a revenue and expense report at April 2016 Town Meeting ?

The fiscal year runs from October 1 of the prior year through September 30.

The legal expenses for the Falmouth wind turbines for FY 2015 was $ 103,074.54

As of the 2015 November Town Meeting the partial 2016 FY litigation fees were $ 48, 719.95

The litigation report for March 9, 2016 lists the nine wind turbine lawsuits but does not list the up to date FY 2016 litigation fees.

Why not ? Treat Town Meeting like a mushroom ? Keep them in the dark ?

Town Meeting needs a clear picture of the various possible outcomes of the litigation in terms of costs.
