Falmouth Wind Turbines More Bad Infra Sound Documents 2004
Vestas V-82 type 1.65 MW turbines are built on the same platform as the Neg Micon NM-82 type 1.65 MW turbine. Infra sound confirmed 2004

Between 2004 and 2005 the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center purchased two Vestas V-82 Class 1.65 megawatt wind turbines for a wind turbine project in Orleans, Massachusetts. At that time Vestas wind company was taking over failing Neg Micon company.
The two Vestas V-82 turbines ordered between 2004 and 2005 were refused by the Town of Orleans. The two turbines remained in a warehouse in Texas at $3300.00 a month in storage fees until they were installed between 2009 and 2010 at a private location in Falmouth and the other became the town owned wind turbine called Falmouth Wind I. The Town of Falmouth subsequently purchased a second wind turbines also a Vestas V-82 class 1.65 megawatt wind turbine called Falmouth Wind II.
Basically in 2004 Neg Micon changed its name to Vestas in 2005 as it was consumed by Vestas wind company. The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative changed its name to the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center during and after the installations of all the Falmouth wind turbines between 2009 and 2010.
In 2006 the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center warned Mattapoisett residents of two distinct types of noise from the wind turbines regulatory measured in decibels and human annoyance. In 1987 human annoyance was defined as infra sound in the NASA investigation by Dr. Neil Kelley at Boone, North Carolina

The warnings of two distinct types of noise were left out of the Falmouth feasibility and fatal flaw analysis studies.
In 2004 the Oregon Department of Energy noted the NM 82 causes low frequency noise and low frequency noise...can disturb rest and sleep even at low sound pressure levels also noise may increase considerably the adverse effects on health.

It appears Vestas purchased Neg Micon and continued building the Neg Micon NM-82 as the Vestas V-82
Please check specifications for V-82 and N-82 they appear to be the same for both NM-82 and V-82 1.65 megawatt turbines

Many older U.S. facilities use NEG Micon turbines, and Vestas has absorbed that manufacturer.

2) Wind Turbines Generate Low Frequency Noise which is Known to Cause Adverse Health Effects: Wind turbines are known to produce low frequency noise.16
The fact that modern wind turbines produce low frequency noise is confirmed by the windmill noise profile (NEG Micon NM-82 wind turbine) that was provided during the informal discussion.17
According to WHO special attention should be given to low frequency noise:
...[s]pecial attention should also be given to: noise sources in an environment with low background sound levels; combinations of noise and vibrations; and to noise sources with low-frequency components. It should be noted that low frequency noise...can disturb rest and sleep even at low sound pressure levels. If the noise includes a large proportion of low-frequency components, still lower values than the guideline values below will be needed. When prominent low frequency components are present, noise measures based on A-weighting are inappropriate. The difference between dB(C) and dB(A) will give crude information about the presence of low-frequency components in noise, but if the difference is more than 10 dB, it is recommended that a frequency analysis of the noise be performed.
It should be noted that a large proportion of low frequency components in noise may increase considerably the adverse effects on health. (Emphasis added.)

It appears Vestas puchased bankrupt Neg Micon in 2004 and produced the Vestas V 82 - You can see that replacement parts noted below are the same for a (Neg Micon NM-82) and a (Vestas V-82) --The same as Falmouth
NEG Micon is a former Danish wind turbine manufacturer. It was formed in 1997 as a result of a merger between Nordtank Energy Group (NEG) and Moerup Industrial Windmill Construction Company (Micon).The company was merged with another Danish wind turbine manufacturer, Vestas, in 2004--
