Falmouth Wind Turbines Out of Control

Despite a Massachusetts Superior Court injunction against operating the Falmouth wind turbines the Town of Falmouth was caught operating the wind turbines early this morning causing more problems.

The Town blamed the operation on Day Light Savings time. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and appears the town still does not take the court ordered mandate seriously.

The Massachusetts Superior Court was supposed to promote the rule of law and foster public trust by leading an independent judiciary that assures every person including victims of Massachusetts commercial megawatt wind turbines equal access to the fair,timely and impartial resolution of disputes in courts managed with efficiency and professionalism.

Barnstable Superior Court Judge Christopher J. Muse said during the court proceedings the wind turbine abutters have been injured in some way. They are still being hurt today . Court order granting injunction;
