Gov. Deval Patrick Aka Sally Reynolds : Wind Turbine Health Disaster Governor

Gov Deval Patrick aka (sally.reynolds@state.ma.us) Land Wind Turbines Lethal Destruction Health 21 Communities. Falmouth Ground Zero USA

Under the watch of former Governor Deval Patrick (D) the state suffered high profile failures of government backed companies such as Evergreen Solar and Solyndra LLC. In addition Massachusetts residents have suffered health and property takings from poorly placed commercial wind turbines.

Patrick set another ambitious goal of 2000 megawatts of commercial wind power by the year 2020.

Deval Patrick followed the Massachusetts Democratic Party platform of a war on fossil fuels and the party is fighting the war like a real war in which thousands of Massachusetts residents have lost health and property rights. The main weapon on the war on fossil fuels was the commercial wind turbine in which neighbors around the world describe as torture from lack of sleep.

Patrick a Democrat, served as the 71st governor of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2015.

Prior to 2007 the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center warned to two distinct types of noise from wind turbines regulatory measured in decibels and nuisance noise called infra sound. Infra sound was discovered 40 years earlier by the US Dept of Energy. The warnings were ignored and deleted from wind turbine studies during the Patrick administration in order to reach the wind turbine renewable energy goal.

In July of 2008 Massachusetts House Speaker Salvatore DiMasi was the architect of Green Communities Act. The Green Communities Act was the start of the commercial wind turbine agenda in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts House Speaker Salvatore DiMasi to make a long story short was recently released from an undisclosed federal prison for corruption.

At one point, it was revealed that Patrick used the code name Sally Reynolds on emails or sally.reynolds@state.ma.us in the corruption trial of Sal Dimasi. It has been rumored that the email name was used to avoid Freedom of Information Act requests over discussions over wind turbine projects and the former governor. The state has archived those emails that may have been used in communications with wind turbine contractors.

The news media gave the former governor a pass on the emails. Many citizens don't know they exist.

Governor Patrick made the phrase "Crony Capitalism" famous when he appointed the CEO of a Boston based wind turbine company as the green energy adviser under the Global Warming Solutions Act.

One of the first commercial wind turbines installed during the administration of former Governor Patrick was the Falmouth Wind I turbine. The turbine was a foreign made Vestas V 82 type 1.65 megawatt turbine owned by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative a state agency.

The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) sets international standards for wind turbines. The Falmouth Wind I turbine has a noise level of 110 decibels of noise a fact that was kept secret from the public for years. The IEC noise levels were not told to the Falmouth citizens until after the installation of the second wind turbine which also emits 110 decibels of noise.

The state wind turbine agenda took precedence over the health and property rights of what today is a group of second class citizens.

Massachusetts today has more or less dropped the commercial wind turbine agenda as each time a turbine went up residents complained of developing headaches, ringing in her ears, insomnia and dizziness to the point of falling.

The attorneys in Falmouth and other towns have spent millions in taxpayer dollars defending an agenda gone horribly wrong. Massachusetts is going to be involved in court action over the placement of commercial wind turbine far too close to residential homes for at least the next ten years.

The Massachusetts legislature, Governor Patrick, state agencies including the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative today the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center knew about the health hazards before the installations of any commercial megawatt wind turbines.

The MTC had the turbine in storage for years in a warehouse in Texas at $3300.00 a month and had the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) international standards and specifications to the turbine.

The MTC couldn't sell the turbine at auction and had to bribe Falmouth officials with one million dollars

Massachusetts Senate President Stanley C. Rosenberg has pushed legislation to overhaul the state’s public records law for the first time in more than four decades.

It's time to release all the former Governor Deval Patrick sally.reynolds@state.ma.us emails and let the public review the information under the Freedom Of Information Act requests
