Massachusetts Wind Turbines : A Noise Described As Torture
Massachusetts politicians, local and state boards of health have done nothing to answer the pleas of help to stop the torturous noise.

The picture depicted here is of a prisoner made internationally famous because of sleep deprivation. The picture is hard to look at but it is a fact of what happened in US prisoner of war camps in recent history.
The United States torture techniques included a sleep deprivation program that people were exposed to sleep deprivation including types of noise. Commercial wind turbines have been known since 1987 to produce several types of noise called nuisance noise, human annoyance aka infra sound and Massachusetts state regulatory noise measured in decibels.
The Abu Ghraib sleep deprivation program was not an isolated incident, but was part of a wider pattern of torture and brutal treatment at American overseas detention centers. Likewise Massachusetts has twenty one communities with poorly placed commercial wind turbines.
The Massachusetts neighbors living near these monstrous wind turbines describe the noise from the wind turbines as torture from lack of sleep.
The agenda of sleep deprivation was to extract information from prisoners. The residents living around commercial wind turbines in Massachusetts for the last seven years have complained of sleep deprivation because of the noise. The residents living around the turbines have become prisoners in their own homes.
The sleep deprivation plan placed prisoners on a program of sleep and meal management. The program allowed the individual to sleep only small blocks of time no more than four hour blocks in a twenty four hour time frame. Similarly residential home owners living near commercial wind turbines complain of waking up all during the night or unable to stay out in their yards or work in their gardens during the daylight hours while the turbines are operating.
Falmouth, Massachusetts is ground zero for poorly placed commercial wind turbines in the United States
Sleep deprivation was used by the military because it makes a person more suggestible, reduces psychological resistance and it reduces the body’s capacity to resist pain.
Sleep deprivation is a very effective torture technique and causes impaired memory and cognitive functioning, decreased short term memory, speech impairment, hallucinations, psychosis, lowered immunity, headaches, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stress, anxiety and depression. These same symptoms are the complaints of residents living around commercial wind turbines. It is known worldwide as wind turbine syndrome.
Massachusetts state and local officials since 2005 have known about the two types of wind turbine noise human annoyance and state regulatory noise. The state had a political agenda of 2000 megawatts of commercial wind turbine energy by the year 2020. The agenda required the placement of around 3000 wind turbines statewide. Today that wind turbine program has ground to almost a halt with less than 100 of the 3000 wind turbines needed by the year 2020. The agenda has switched to Solar.
The failure of the state to attain 2000 megawatts of wind power by the year 2020 is in itself an admission of the catastrophic health and financial fiasco caused by an agenda gone horribly wrong.
Today in 2017 state and local officials deny any wrong doing letting the court system make all the decisions.
Falmouth spends up to $300,000.00 on litigation every six months to force the courts to shut down the wind turbines.
The Town of Falmouth hid noise warning letters, emails, maps, memos and documents and failed to file special permits that would have required additional studies and notifications to neighbors that would have stopped the poor installation of wind turbines.
Massachusetts department of health and local boards of health have sat on their hands, failing to act, afraid to disrupt the renewable energy agenda while residents for years have lost their health and property rights.
Massachusetts has created a second class group of citizens living around wind turbines in twenty one communities
The only recourse is the courts to protect consumers, combat fraud, corruption and protect civil rights from a commercial wind turbine agenda gone horribly wrong.
Our politicians have turned the state into another type of Abu Ghraib.

" — In the mid 1980s, Neil Kelley and his team thoroughly documented significant adverse health effects resulting from inaudible, very-low-frequency sound produced by a large wind turbine in Boone, N.C. This scientifically rigorous NASA and Department of Energy-sponsored study, in cooperation with MIT and four other prestigious universities, as well as the wind industry, has been conveniently dismissed as irrelevant by current wind developers, even though the study’s conclusions have never been disputed, and even though we now know that the large turbines being installed today do indeed generate clinically significant amounts of infrasound."

"— Three more recent preliminary studies (Ambrose & Rand’s Falmouth, Mass., 2011; Shomer, Rand, et. al., Shirley project, Brown County, Wisconsin, 2012; Cooper, Bridgewater, Australia, 2014 ) of projects with large modern upwind turbines have replicated and confirmed Kelley’s findings; i.e., infrasound, not audible sound, is a major contributor to the health fallout from today’s industrial wind projects."
