Lincoln Man Wins Both Finish at the 50 Races in Record Time

Foxborough, MA — It was a night for new records and unprecedented performances at the Harvard Pilgrim Finish at the 50 road race at Gillette Stadium.

Lincoln resident Yannick Reihs not only won both the 5K and 10K, but set course records. In the 5K, Reihs won with a time of 16:37, beating the old record by 14 seconds. Less than 45 minutes after finishing the 5K, Reihs was back at the start line for the 10K, which he won with a time of 33:44, smashing the old record by 2:42.

Over 4,600 runners across two races crossed the finish line in what was the seventh running of the Finish at the 50. Following the races, guests at Patriot Place were treated to a 20-minute Fourth of July fireworks display.
