Woman Hurt After Crashing SUV Into Framingham Stop & Shop
The incident happened around 10 a.m. Monday at the Old Connecticut Path Stop & Shop. The victim may have suffered a medical emergency.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — A 53-year-old woman was injured Monday morning when she crashed her Jeep SUV into the Stop & Shop along Old Connecticut Path, according to fire officials.
The crash happened around 10 a.m. when the woman's Jeep Wrangler plowed into a brick wall along the front of the store. The crash also knocked a window out of place.
The woman was taken to Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham with minor injuries, according to Chief Michael Dutcher. Fire officials believe the woman suffered a medical emergency right before the crash.

A city building inspector assessed the building and found there was no structural damage. The Stop & Shop was going to remain open as repairs are made.
