A teen’s life encompasses a great deal of growth and change and can be a time of great inspiration, excitement, and freedom, as well as a time of great challenge and anxiety. In this experiential, light-hearted series, you will learn about the many benefits of meditation and how to cultivate your own daily practice. You’ll be guided through meditations designed especially for teens and experience mindful communication techniques that you can easily integrate into your daily life. The benefits of meditation and mindfulness based practices are well documented, and new studies are beginning to show that students who meditate.
