The following are the top 10 stories reported on Jamaica Plain Patch of the previous year, (in reverse chronological order):

10. At the end of August, police investigated a body found floating in Jamaica Pond. This story was the second in the series, which noted that investigators were not treating the death as a homocide.

9. Grass Fed burger bar opened in March. Customers flocked to the restaurant and to this story on JP Patch.

8. A motorcycle driver died after a crash with a van in August.

7. This story in April about a man from Shrewsbury , died in a hospital in Jamaica Plain in May was particularly well read.
