This Week at Town Hall

There is a Zoing Board of Appeals Meeting this Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., a Board of Selectmen meeting the Wednesday at 7 p.m., and on Thursday there is a Budget Subcommittee meeting at 6:30 p.m. and a Finance Committee meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Events at the Children's Museum

Tuesday at the Children's Museum this week is  Fun with Paint from 10 to 10:45 a.m.; Wednesday is  Exploring Music from 10 to 10:45 a.m. and a  Nature Discovery from 11 to 11:45 a.m.; Thursday is  Book Adventures from 10 to 10:45 a.m.; and on Friday, celebrate Chinese New Years from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  PEEP Preschool Science is Friday from 11 to 11:45 a.m. 

Chamber Music Concert

Immaculate Conception Church and the Oliver Ames High School music department present " Chamber Music Friends of Easton," featuring OAHS students, Amateur, and Professional musicians, playing works by Mozart, Dohnanyi, Rachmaninov, and Borodin. Admission is free and it starts Wednesday at 8 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church. 

'Socrates Cafe' at the Old Colony Y

"Join us at the Old Colony YMCA, Easton Branch, every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. for  Socrates Cafe. Please join us for our weekly discussions of all issues of life and growth!"  

Business Appreciation Night

The Easton Chamber of Commerce is holding its  tenth annual Business Appreciation Night at the Easton Country Club this Thursday at 6 p.m. The event will include guest speaker, Norman Katz, former US Secret Service Military Attaché, one of 11 special agents still alive from the day of President Kennedy's assassination. 

Winterfest at the Country Club

"We invite you to chase those winter blues away and join us for an evening of fun, dancing, silent auction, and raffle prizes - all to benefit the  Y's Annual Campaign," this Friday at 7:30 p.m. "Entertainment will be provided by the popular band, Java Jive. Cash bar available."
