What's Next for Marblehead for Teens?

This week we're asking you - what would you recommend Marblehead For Teens do next?

What's Next for Marblehead for Teens?

Every week we tackle a question submitted by one of our readers as part of our You Ask...Patch Answers column.

We're going to do a bit of a role reversal this week.

This week we have a question for you, our readers, regarding the future of Marblehead For Teens, a local start-up nonprofit aimed at establishing a teen-managed teen center in Marblehead.

According to a post on the organization's Facebook page, Marblehead For Teens recently delayed their plans to move into the former Sundance building on Pleasant Street, citing a lack of funding.

Executive Director Molly Williams said the nonprofit's primary focus will remain on fundraising for the time being and "building up its board of directors."

So, we have to ask - what do you think Marblehead for Teens should do next?

Is there another, smaller space in Marblehead that you think would be perfect for a teen-run teen center? Do you have a cool idea for a fundraiser?

Let us know in the comments section below.

Residents interested in supporting Marblehead For Teens can send checks to: Marblehead For Teens, 11 Atlantic Ave., second floor; visit the group's Facebook Page; or call Williams at 978-998-0285.
