Original story: The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning in effect from 1 p.m. Tuesday through 1 p.m. Wednesday.

Marblehead may see another foot of snow. Total snowfall is currently predicted at 8-12 inches.

The weather service says heavy snow will start midday on Tuesday through the next morning: "Snow covered roadways will cause difficult driving conditions."

Expect strong wind gusts as well (up to 45 mph), which will drop visibility to a mile or less at times, says the weather service.

Temperatures should hit a high of 20 degrees during the day Tuesday, but then drop to -8 in the evening with the wind chill.
