ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Assault

ARRESTS: Marlborough Man Charged with Assault

Christiano M. Pereira, 27, of Pilgrim Avenue in Worcester, was arrested on operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and speeding in violation of a special regulation. 

Pereira was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Bolton and Tremont streets.

In 2011, according to online reports, she was arrested in Shrewsbury on unlicensed operation and failure to obey signals charges. 

Luis Alfredo Chaclan, 21, of Lincoln Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on June 21, on assault and battery and intimidating a witness while impeding an investigation. 

He was arrested after a domestic disturbance in his apartment.

Melvin M. Caraballo, 31, of Broad Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on June 22, on an assault and battery with a dangerous weapons charge.

He was arrested at a disturbance as his home. 

Christopher R. Carty, 29, of Lincoln Street in Marlborough, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on June 23, on two true warrants. 

He was arrested at a suspicious activity call at the Lincoln Inn. 

According to online reports, he was arrested in November 2012 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, cracked windshield, eight counts of breaking and entering in a vehicle/boat daytime for felony, four counts of larceny under $250, eight counts of vandalism of property, three counts larceny over $250, and two counts receiving stolen property +$250. Previously, in 2009, he was arrested on Cape Cod for three counts breaking and entering a boat or vehicle in the nighttime to commit a felony, two counts larceny from a truck and larceny of a value more than $250, and possession of bupronorphine.
