2:26 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers serve a summons to an individual at 245 Forest St.
4:17 p.m.: Iury Vieira DeSouza, 19, of 190 Bolton St., Apt. 10, is arrested at the same address after a disturbance call to police. He is charged with assault and battery.
7:36 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of 51 East Main and Front streets.
8:55 p.m.: A missing person report is investigated at 21 Meadowbrook Rd.
9:52 p.m.: Threats are reportedly made against an individual at 87 Second Rd.
Saturday, Jan. 28:
3:30 a.m.: Dana E. Kneeland, 57, of 1 Pleasant Pl., Apt. 1, is arrested during a disturbance at the same address, and charged with assault and battery.
3:42 a.m.: A missing person is reported from the McDonalds restaurant, 155 Boston Post Rd. W.
8:13 a.m.: An act of fraud/forgery is reported at the Post Road Pantry convenience store, 21 Boston Post Rd. E.
2:09 p.m.: An act of harassment is reported at 138 East Main St.
10:47 p.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Cotting Avenue and Main Street.
Sunday, Jan. 29:
1:32 a.m.: Services are rendered when police investigate a suspicious motor vehicle at the Embassy Suites, 123 Boston Post Rd. E.
5:43 a.m.: After responding to the scene of a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Church and Plymouth streets, police arrest Tonisha S. Bates, 24, of 1085 Central Ave., Pawtucket, RI, and charge her with OUI liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to drive in the right lane and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
10:39 a.m.: Police assist another agency in a call to Marlborough Hospital, 157 Union St.
12:00 p.m.: A report of fraud/forgery is issued at Classic Pizza, 72 Hosmer St.
12:19 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle crash with injuries in the vicinity of Capital Farms, 554 Boston Post Rd. E.
5:20 p.m.: A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation at Newbury Comics, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., Apt. S120.
5:30 p.m.: Jarmiro D. Valdo, 33, of 86 Broad St., Apt. 3, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Lincoln and Mechanic streets. He is charged with motor vehicle lights violations and operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as an habitual traffic offender.
7:50 p.m.: During a motor vehicle stop at Broad and Chestnut streets, James E. Hill, 42, of 80 Williams St., is arrested and charged with marked lanes violations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, fifth offense or greater OUI liquor, failure to signal, speeding, red light violation, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
8:55 p.m.: Fernando D. DeSouza, 36, of 20 Royal Crest Dr., Apt. 10, is arrested during a motor vehicle stop in the area of 54 Hosmer St., and charged with motor vehicle lights violations and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
11:10 p.m.: Michael J. Beane, 36, of 50 Williams St., Apt. 2, is arrested during a domestic disturbance at the same address, and charged with assault and battery.
