Heroin Bust Reported on Martha's Vineyard

A Vineyard Haven man is accused of bringing heroin to the Island with the intention of selling it, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.

A 50-year-old tow truck driver from Vineyard Haven faces charges of possessing heroin with intent to distribute, the Martha's Vineyard Times reports.

Island drug agents stopped Christopher Magee as he drove off the ferry from Woods Hole Jan. 8 with seven grams of heroin, but  according to the Times they issued a summons instead of taking him to jail:
