Tuesday, April 9
1:30 a.m., Main Street. E911 caller reported a car accident in front of her house. A Franklin man hit a tree and his car (2004 Saturn) was towed.
5:49 a.m., North Street. Walk-in report of a strange white van parked in the Montrose School by the buses. Police found a regular pupil van there but nothing else.
8:06 a.m., Oak and Pleasant Streets. Caller reported a possible sick raccoon in the area. Animal Control was notified.
11:04 a.m., North Meadows Road. Medfield EMTs said they were on their way to someone's house who was complaining of stomach pains. Patient was taken to Norwood Hospital.
11:48 a.m., Miller Street. Funeral home requested an escort to Vine Lake Cemetery.
4:31 p.m., North Meadows Road. Caller requested police come to Medfield Village Plaza and take a report of vandalism to his car.
5:29 p.m., Cypress Street. Police said a resident just told him about a large sink hole at the end of Cypress Street which the resident tripped on.
5:42 p.m., High and South Streets. Walpole Police said they received a call about a car accident with no personal injury at the traffic lights at High and South Streets. Two cars were towed: 2007 Honda CRV and a 2007 Toyota Camry.
5:44 p.m., Indian Hill Road. E911 caller requested an ambulance for her 83-year-old mother who might be having a stroke. Medfield EMTs responded.
5:48 p.m., Stuart Street. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the house for 90 minutes. Police spoke with the person who was picking up his friends.
5:56 p.m., Harding Street. Walk-in report of larceny (money) from her home on Harding Street.
6:24 p.m., Main and North Streets. Police stopped a 2007 Jeep Liberty and issued a verbal warning.
6:26 p.m., Granite Street. E911 caller reported a fire at her neighbor's house. Medfield Fire responded.
6:28 p.m., station. Walk-in report of a water leak near Main Street and Janes Avenue. Ed Hinkley said it has been leaking all day and they will take care of it tonight when they are flushing hydrants.
7:49 p.m., North Meadows Road. Caller asked to speak with police about...
a suspicious man she had in her shop tonight, he was asking a lot of questions about the parking around the building and when they close at night.
