Price of Curt Schilling's Home Drops to $2.5 Million

The price of Curt Schilling's home in Medfield has dropped by about $500,000, The Boston Globe reported Monday

The former Boston Red Sox pitcher's property, located at 7 Woodridge Rd. in Medfield, has been on the market for closer to $3 million and is now available for $2.5 million, according to the report.

Former New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe previously lived in the house before Schilling purchased it in 2004 for $4.5 million, according to the Globe.

Last October,  Consignworks.com held an estate sale at Schilling’s residence, with a variety of items for sale, including a cement entry table, china cabinet, a large, custom 13-foot dining room table with 10 chairs, Tiffany and Waterford crystal piece, and lamps, among other items.
