Check out these photos and see the mangled vehicle the man had to be extricated from.

SAUGUS, MA — A Melrose man was injured when his car took flight and crashed into a Saugus home Friday afternoon. Police said the driver, 40 year old, had a medical episode before the crash.
The man apparently lost control on Walnut Street, jumping a guardrail and slamming into the home before coming to rest on the ground. Responders needed to use the Jaws of Life to extricate the man, who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
No one at the home was injured.
