3:14 p.m.: Police detectives responded with a Probation employee to check on a subject. Police arrested James R. Smith, 47, of 20 Cook St., Milford, on a warrant for a probation violation.
5:40 p.m.: A tractor trailer was stuck in the intersection near CVS on South Main Street. The rig was gone when police arrived.
6:01 p.m.: A caller reported a dog was hit by a car on Colonial Road. Animal Control was called for the deceased dog.
6:53 p.m.: An injured owl was reported to be in the middle of South Main Street, at Cape Road. Police could not locate the bird.
6:57 p..m.: Firefighters responded to a report of a car fire on Countryside Drive at Asylum Street. The car was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived. A sander truck was requested after the fire was extinguished.
7:19 p.m.: A woman reported a domestic between her and her husband. She said he was highly intoxicated and she wanted him to leave. The man was picked up by a friend. The woman declined a restraining order.
11:24 p.m.: A vehicle was repossessed on Willow Road.
Friday, Feb. 15
12:20 a.m.: A caller reported a past hit-and-run on School Street.
12:29 a.m.: A caller reported a man broke into his house on Grant Street and stole two of his TVs.
4:19 a.m.: A caller said he heard yelling in front of his house on Sumner Street, when he looked out a dark colored van was driving away toward Dilla Street. Police advised a newspaper delivery van was in the area and was the likely cause of the noise.
7:36 a.m.: A two-car crash without injury was reported on East Main Street, near Dunkin Donuts. Police requested a tow truck.
9:52 a.m.: A caller on Water Street reported a lot of yelling and screaming coming from a neighbor's apartment.
12:19 p.m.: Police received a report of vandalism to a yellow Hyundai on Capitol Road.
