Snowstorm Expected to Hit Milton Thursday Morning
By Les Masterson/Patch

The snowstorm headed toward New England may make travel treacherous on Thursday, but Greater Boston won’t see the worst of the snowfall.

The National Weather Service is predicting 2-4 inches of snow for Milton.

Snow should begin Thursday morning and change over to sleet and freezing rain on Thursday afternoon and evening. Winds will be 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph so power outages are possible.

The area that will get hit hardest is in central Massachusetts, which could see 10-14 inches of snow on Thursday.
