Wife of Patriots Star New Spokesperson for Needham Center

CareWell Urgent Care announced Bianca Wilfork as its new spokesperson Tuesday.

The wife of two-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork, Bianca has been using urgent care centers for her family’s health needs for many years.

A recent press release indicated Bianca is a resident of Franklin and the mother of three children. She has teamed up with CareWell to help educate consumers about the centers’ offerings, which includes treatment from Board-certified doctors for all non-life-threatening yet urgent illnesses or injuries.

CareWell functions as an extension of a patient’s own primary care provider regardless of where the patient lives. With the patient’s permission, CareWell will forward x-rays, lab results and diagnostic notes to the patient’s own doctor within 24 hours of their visit. No referral or appointment is necessary. Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid.
