In Court: Abuse Prevention Order Violation

The following cases, heard in Westborough District Court, focus on Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.

In Court: Abuse Prevention Order Violation

Wenbo Yang, 46, of 10 Foxwood Lane, Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 22 by Northborough police and charged with driving without a license and having no inspection sticker. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge and found the defendant not responsible on the second.

Heather Wells, 48, of 41 Holland Rd. Apt. 2, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 24 by Northborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Virzi dismissed both charges.

Gutemberg Barbosa, 45, of 267 Mill St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 4 by Northborough police and charged with driving without a license. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the charge upon payment of $600 court costs.

Judge Calagione dismissed the first charge upon payment of $600 in court costs and dismissed the other two charges.

Craig A. Lowe, 32, of 150 Green St., Clinton, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 14 by Northborough police and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Judge Calagione continued the case to June 18.

Henry Steenstra, 25, of 17 Campground Rd., West Boylston, was summonsed to court by Shrewsbury police on a complaint April 24 and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to July 6.

Christopher M. Dalphand, 26, of 119 Lilley Ave., Lowell, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Northborough police Dec. 16 and charged with failing to stop for a police officer, speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving negligently. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge, found him not responsible on the second, found him guilty on the third and fined him $625 and dismissed the fourth charge.
