The Dunkin' Donuts at 293 Main St. has reopened after closing for remodeling.

The coffee shop has a new drive-through window, seating for 29 guests with interior booths, large flat-screen televisions and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor landscaped area has been converted to a patio, however, the seating has not been installed yet. According to Manager Chris Ferraro, they are waiting on "better weather."

Once the weather clears up, they will bring in cement tables and chairs for the patio area.

Ferraro is pleased with the renovations and hopes that customers will stop in more frequently and stay longer, he said.

The menu is the same, with the exception of a few new items including the Berry Blast Coolatta and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. The menu is now displayed on a digital menu board.

North Reading residents and loyal customers of Dunkins, Paul Ashman and Paul Dorsey said that the coffee shop is beautiful. They plan to frequent the location now.

“We are excited to unveil the new remodeled restaurant to our loyal guests in North Reading,” Franchisee Constantine Scrivanos said in a recent release. “The new enhancements will provide greater comfort to our guests and improve the overall restaurant experience through a new contemporary restaurant design, while continuing to offer the same quality, convenience and value our guests have come to expect from Dunkin’ Donuts.”
