SHARON, Mass. March 17, 2014 – Jeff Forsythe, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Sharon office, recently announced that Ellen Liao has joined and is now affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Ellen will assist clients from Hammond’s Sharon office located at 21 South Main Street, near the center of Sharon.
Ellen and her family have resided in Sharon since 1993. Through her involvement with her children’s activities in the Sharon Public Schools, and with her husband having served on the Sharon School Committee for 11 years, Liao and her family have established deep roots and connections within the community. In 2006, she was part of a delegation that travelled to China to start an exchange program between Sharon High School and Xi’an, China. She has travelled extensively and has set foot on six of the seven continents, and her cultural sensitivity from her travels enables her to serve clients from diverse geographies and cultures.
Ellen has been working in real estate since 1995, and looks forward to continuing her full-time commitment to her profession and providing impeccable service to her clients. She holds Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designations through the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® (MAR), and her training and expertise includes relocations and servicing military families on the move. Ellen is a persuasive and patient negotiator on behalf of her clients, but always seeks win-win deals for both buyer and seller on both sides of every home sales transaction. She takes pride in that much of her real estate business comes from repeat customers and personal referrals.
