Man Killed After Being Ejected from Vehicle on I-95 in Peabody: State Police

The Massachusetts State Police collision analysis team is investigating a fatal crash on I-95 South in Peabody Wednesday

PEABODY, MA—State Police have reported a fatal car crash on I-95 South in Peabody Wednesday.

According to State Police, a man was driving south on I-95 at approximately 7:15 a.m. when his vehicle traveled into a breakdown lane, struck a guard rail and caused the vehicle to roll over. The man was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are still investigating why the man's vehicle traveled into the breakdown lane. The crash occurred at exit 44 in Peabody.
