  • 3:07 p.m. DPS requested a tow on Sherman Street, but police said the owner of the vehicle was actually leaving for work.
  • 4:38 p.m. A burglary was reported at a Peabody Municipal Light Plant substation off Bartholomew Street. The lock to the gate was cut and copper equipment grounds were stolen. The break-in occurred sometime between last week and that afternoon. Police said it was difficult to determine what was stolen or when due to the amount of snow on the ground at the time.
  • 5:04 p.m. A 13-year-old was transported to North Shore Children's Hospital after a domestic incident at a Swampscott Avenue home. Police said child endangerment charges would be filed.
  • 5:13 p.m. Christine Knowles, 20, of 2 Coleman St., Peabody, was arrested, following a report of a theft by an employee at Shaw's Supermarket. She was charged with larceny over $250 and on a warrant out of Peabody District Court.
  • 7:25 p.m. Report of a three-car accident involving a plow at the corner of Lone Pine Lane and Lowell Street. There were no injuries.
