Police Log: Resident Reports Census Taker Harassing His Father

At 7:42 a.m., police notified the Peabody Electric Light Department about a light pole leaning over on Lowell Street.

At 7:50 a.m., a driver reported a road rage incident near the Northshore Mall. Police responded, but the vehicles had left the area.

At 11:05 a.m., police received a report about numerous people and a lot of activity during nights and weekends around a Bartholomew Terrace residence.

At 1:07 p.m., a person dropped off a debit card that was found on Bartholomew Street.

At 1:34 p.m., a man reported that a U.S. Census Bureau taker was harassing his father. Police spoke to the census taker and told him that he needed to register with police when soliciting.
