The Green Realty Group website indicated the home has 15 rooms and 10 bedrooms.
Zombie's latest flick debuted at the Toronto Film Festival at 11:59 p.m. Monday.
Zombie and crew spent hours at the site of the home, at Essex and Hamilton streets on the final day of his week-long shoot.
