Friday, March 7:

  • At 4:05 p.m., police responded to a report of harassment on Derby Street.
  • At 4:16 p.m., police conducted a well-being check near the intersection of School and Buffum streets.
  • At 5:12 p.m., police responded to a report of a stolen pocketbook on Canal Street.
  • At 6:27 p.m., police responded to a report of identity theft on Bridge Street.
  • At 7:05 p.m., police responded to an alarm on Bridge Street.
  • At 7:30 p.m., police responded to a dispute between landlord and tenant on Southwick Street.
  • At 7:46 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Highland Avenue.
  • At 9:32 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on a man found passed out his vehicle near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Marlborough Road. Edward Costanza Jr., 39, of 114 Central St., Peabody, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
  • At 11:09 p.m., police responded to a loud house party on Harris Street.

Saturday, March 8

  • At 12:32 a.m., police responded to a report of a fight on Derby Street.
  • At 1:01 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Read Street.
  • At 1:04 a.m., police made an arrest on Derby Street. Rodger Parker, 32, of 258 Eastern Ave., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
  • At 1:50 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle near the intersection of Canal and Ropes streets. Andrison R. Perez, 17, of 5 Palmer St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • At 8:17 a.m., police responded to a report of someone taking scrap metal from the intersection of St. Peter and Bridge streets. Police determined the man had permission to take the material.
  • At 9:10 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Mason Street.
  • At 9:48 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Charter Street.
  • At 10:27 a.m., police responded to a report of a possible drug transaction on Gedney Street.
  • At 12:56 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Japonica Avenue. Peter Milanopoulos, 38, of 1 Japonica Ave., Salem, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.
  • At 1:30 p.m., police and fire units responded to a reported kitchen fire on Pope Street.
  • At 1:50 p.m., a woman entered the police station to turn over a dog that jumped into her car while she was parked on Prescott Street.
  • At 4:15 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Autumn View.
  • At 4:48 p.m., police responded to a report of kids playing with a gun on Willow Avenue. A toy pistol was confiscated by police.
  • At 5:50 p.m., police made an arrest near the intersection of Lafayette and Harbor streets.Brian D. Belew, 28, of 179 Franklin Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 7:20 p.m., a man entered the police station to report that his friend stole his credit card out of his truck.
  • At 10:42 p.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Mason Street. 

Sunday, March 9:
 
  • At 12:15 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Pope Street.
  • At 12:36 a.m., police responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Fairfield Street.
  • At 1:14 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Pope Street.
  • At 1:15 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Roslyn Street.
  • At 1:22 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Arbella Street.
  • At 4:41 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Boston Street.
  • At 8:17 a.m., police conducted a well-being check on Clark Avenue.
  • At 9:15 a.m., a bag of hypodermic needles was disposed of on Liberty Hill Avenue.
  • At 1:17 p.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered on Paul Avenue.
  • At 1:33 p.m., police responded to a report of people shooting beer cans with Air Soft guns on Nightingale Lane.
