Ronan Tynan, the Irish tenor best known for singing “God Bless America” at New York Yankees games, will perform a benefit concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at the .
The concert will raise funds for Cathedral Outreach Ministries, which supports a food pantry, health and wellness programs and a free flu clinic.
Tynan will sing selections from traditional, Irish, religious and classical venues. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at two places:
- The cathedral office, 75 Union Park St. (in the lower ground level of the church), Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The Archdiocese Pastoral Center, 66 Brooks Drive, Braintree, Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
