5:45 a.m. 911 ambulance call for Everett Circle. It was transferred to the fire department.
6:44 a.m. Disabled motor vehicle at McDonald's, Washington Street. Vehicle was towed.
7:08 a.m. Motor vehicle accident at Washington Street and Charles Avenue. Operator of a motor vehicle said they lightly struck a pedestrian talking on a cell phone at Washington Street and Charles Avenue. Operator said they pulled over, but the pedestrian walked away, while swearing at them. Party went to station to file report.
9:52 a.m. Stoughton District Court called and reported a party there was refusing to pay the cab driver who drove him to court.
10:20 a.m. A party was into the station to report they had vehicle broken into at their house.
11:22 a.m. Caller on Central Street reported they were having trouble collecting rent from a tenant that they had given a 30-day eviction notice to. The party allegedly threw a phone and keys at them before shutting the door.
6:45 p.m. 911 ambulance call for Stoughton Housing, Capen Street. Call transferred to fire department.
7:04 p.m. 911 ambulance call to Packard Road, call was transferred to fire department.
7:28 p.m. 911 ambulance call to Goddard Kidney Center, Sumner Street, transferred to fire department.
7:32 p.m. Party arrested at Central Street and Turnpike Street. Ryan E. Burns, 40, West Main Street, Avon, was charged with OUI liquor second offense, child endangerment while OUI, operating after license suspended, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with unnecessary noise. Children were released to mother.
8:10 p.m. Disturbance on Walnut Street. Male and female were arguing in lot. Officer spoke with female. Male party left the area.
11:30 p.m. Warrent served to Tracy J. Constantin, 45, Turnpike Street, Easton, for warrent service and uninsured motor vehicle.
