Great Scott Kennels in Stoughton is looking to raise funds to help care for a litter of undernourished puppies.
The kennel received a little of six, 5-month-old Shepherd mix puppies, two of which are brindle in color with the other four being a mix of black and white.
All of the puppies were found to be undernourished, undersized and under socialized, and are also in need of solid nutrition, medical examinations, and close care.
"We are asking all of our family and friends of the kennel to assist us in addressing their immediate needs so that we can find forever homes for each puppy," wrote Jeffrey Ledin on a GoFundMe page set up to raise money for the animals. "Our goal is to nurture each puppy and place them into quality forever homes as quickly as possible."
As of Friday, the page had raised $260 towards its goal of $2,000.
