The following is an obituary courtesy of Duckett-Waterman Funeral Home.

Alice Elizabeth Demboske, of Sudbury and more recently of Marlboro, died Monday, May 13, at Beth Israel Deaconess, Plymouth Hospital, following a brief illness.

She was 82 and the beloved wife for 62 years of Stanley F. Demboske. Born in Waltham August 14, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Stella (Hickey) Clasby and was raised and educated in Waltham; graduating from Waltham High School in 1950.

Mrs. Demboske was a homemaker who moved with her husband 53 years ago where she was devoted to her husband and children. She enjoyed cooking and providing for her family. She also leaves her son Stephen Demboske and his wife, Theresa, of Royalston; her daughter, Janice Demboske of Pembroke; and her son, Stan Demboske and his wife, Wanda, of Concan Texas.

She was the grandmother of Patrick, Daniel, Michael, Andrew, Coleen and Sarah Demboske and Ron Rock and Christine Magers. She was the great grandmother of Trinity Magers and sister of David Clasby Chester Clasby sister in law of Helen Clasby. Also surviving are two nieces, Alison Kelley and Karen Sheridan.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 15, at 12 p.m. from the Duckett-J. S. Waterman and Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Rd., Rt. 20, Sudbury, followed by a funeral mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 160 Concord Rd., Sudbury at 1:00 p.m.

Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Wednesday, May 14, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in Wadsworth Cemetery, Sudbury.
