Bald Man in Bathrobe Reported Walking through Yards

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Thursday, February 7, 2013.
At 7:50 a.m. an accident was reported near West Water Street.
At 8:10 a.m. police went to Garden Lane for an employee/employer matter.
At 8:34 a.m. an accident was reported near Cedar Street.
At 11:10 a.m. an erratic operator was reported on Salem Street.
At 12:38 p.m. the Wakefield K9 unit assisted Stoneham with a vehicle search for narcotics.
At 1:29 an individual turned in a wallet found at Fast Freddie’s.
At 2:52 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious man on Sweetser Street. He was gone on arrival.
At 5:34 p.m. a three car accident was reported near Main Street and Lowell Street. One was brought to a local hospital.
At 6:27 p.m. a minor accident was reported on Audubon Road.
At 7:48 p.m. a caller expressed concern about a dog left in a non-running vehicle on Jefferson Road. The owner was back with the vehicle after a brief stop and the dog was fine.
At 8:29 p.m. a fight was reported on Lafayette Street. A 14 year old juvenile was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and vandalism.
At 9:08 p.m. police were informed of an intoxicated woman near Lafayette Street having trouble walking. An officer brought her home and left her with a relative.
At 9:37 p.m. a woman reported that a vehicle had stuck hers on Main Street and that the other person had appeared intoxicated and refused to provide any information. No damage was found on the vehicle and the other operator denied contact with the other vehicle.
At 9:55 p.m. police checked on what turned out to be a verbal argument on Lafayette Street.
At 1:43 a.m. on Friday, February 8th, a woman on Lafayette Street called to report an altercation with her boyfriend. Police arrested William P. Morrison, 31, 25 Lafayette Street, Wakefield, for domestic assault and battery.
At 1:55 a.m. a bald man in a bathrobe was reported traveling through people’s back yards near Pleasant Street and Aborn Ave. The intoxicated man admitted he was walking through the yards with a blanket around him, and he was placed into protective custody.
