Route 135 In Westborough Closed Due To Bus Fire
Breaking: Seek alternate routes in the area of Fisher Street while firefighters clear the area after a bus fire.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Westborough firefighters are working to cleanup after a fire on Route 135 near Fisher Street, according to alerts online. The fire was first report before 4 p.m. Saturday. Route 135 was reportedly closed in the area of Fisher Street due to the fire.
According to a post on Twitter, the bus caught on fire and then spread to a shed.
"Crews are operating hydrants and have hose in the roadway," the report stated. "Seek alternate route."
