Missing Hyde Park Man Found Dead

A missing man from Boston’s Hyde Park neighborhood was found dead in Milton Tuesday after a massive four-day search, the Patriot Ledger reports.

Thomas Baker, 62, was located by a State Police trooper and a search dog, Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morissey said in a statement.

Baker’s death is currently under investigation. Officials do not suspect foul play at this time.

Baker was first reported missing last Thursday by his wife. He was last seen at the Stop & Shop on Boston’s Truman Parkway.

170 public safety officials took part in a search that spanned woods, swamps and marshes on both sides of the Neponset River.
